1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of coaching services offered by Alissa Lang Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a coaching session, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the booking.
2. Services
We offer coaching services aimed at personal and professional development. The specific details of each coaching session, including duration, format, and objectives, will be outlined in the service description at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process: To book a coaching session, you must complete the booking process on our website or through direct contact with us. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided.
3.2 Payment: Payment for coaching sessions is due at the time of booking. We accept payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. All payments must be made in GBP.
3.3 Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the session without further notice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
4.2 Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative session or a full refund.
4.3 Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the terms specified in (4.1.) Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to process and it is also subject to the timescales of the payment provider used for the original purchase.
5. Delivery of Services
5.1 Virtual Sessions: Coaching sessions are typically delivered virtually through Zoom unless otherwise specified. The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the session.
5.2 In-Person Sessions: The location and other logistical details will be confirmed prior to the session.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Client Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose any personal or business information without your explicit consent unless required by law.
6.2 Session Recording: Sessions may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes, but only with your prior consent. You may request a copy of the recording if available.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Active Participation: Coaching is a collaborative process, and your active participation is essential for achieving the desired outcomes.
7.2 Timeliness: Please ensure you are on time for your coaching sessions. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
7.3 Feedback: We welcome feedback on our services. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please communicate them directly with your coach or email theteam@getmore.global.
